Windows Key bind 変更

109Keyのキーバインドを変更する。

1. regeditで以下のレジストリを登録


HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Keyboard Layout
Scancode Map を新規登録

最初の８バイト： ヘッダ 固定値
